After the change I took sometime to format the rest of the chapters a bit to assist in setting up the remaining chapters.
Chapter 9 was another interesting chapter to go through and create questions for. The functions, skills and roles of managers and supervisors are very interesting to discuss. The leadership styles made me think more about what type of leader I was. The traits discussed made me think more about myself as a coach. Creating the questions were interesting to look at each of the leadership theories. Staff Meetings were broken down nicely into things to do before, during and after the meetings.
Chapter 10 was a good chapter to create questions for as well because it death with motivation. These days it is hard to find many intrinsically motivated workers. If you do find them you want to keep them. The questions some people need to be sure to read so they can find out what being intrinsically motivated really means.
